General terms and conditions of use of the website

Thank you for using and the related services and features we make available to you (collectively referred to as the "Service").

ARTICLE 1: Purpose

The purpose of these "general terms of use" is to provide a legal framework for the use of the website and its services.
The general conditions of use are the equivalent of a contract concluded between :

  • The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher";
  • Any individual or legal entity wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as "the User".

The general conditions of use must be accepted by all Users, and their access to the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2: Definitions

The purpose of this clause is to define the various essential terms of the contract, as well as the services offered by the site:

  • The User: any individual or legal entity accessing the site and its services;

  • Webinar: an online conference, in which many people in different locations can participate ;
  • One Webinar : assistance in the organisation of a one-off Webinar, without subscription formula;
  • Subscription: contract by which the subscriber acquires the benefit of the "Webinar organization" service for a fixed price for a specified period of time.
ARTICLE 3: Access to services

The User of the website has access to the following services:

  • Presentation of upcoming Webinars and possibility to register;
  • Replay of past Webinars ;
  • Subscribe to the newsletter sent by ;
  • Subscription :
    • Webinar organization ;
    • Access to the interface allowing them to organize Webinars independently, in the "Subscriber access ;
    • Special subscription: possibility to have your own Webinar channel.

Any User with access to the Internet has free access to the site from any location.
The costs incurred by the User to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not borne by the Publisher.
The Publisher implements all means at its disposal to ensure quality access to its services.
As the obligation is one of means, the Publisher does not undertake to achieve this result.
Any event due to a case of force majeure, resulting in a malfunction of the network or server, does not engage the responsibility of the Publisher of the site
The website and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, in particular during maintenance, without prior notice or justification.
The Publisher reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these general conditions of use at any time.
The User shall refrain from claiming any compensation as a result of the interruption, suspension or modification of this contract.

ARTICLE 4: Responsibility of the User

The User alone assumes full responsibility for the use he or she makes of the information and content present on the website.
Any use of the service by the User resulting, directly or indirectly, in damage must be compensated to the benefit of the site.

ARTICLE 5: Subscriber's responsibility

The Subscriber is responsible for the risks associated with the use of his or her login name and password.
The Subscriber's password must remain secret. In case of disclosure or loss of password, the Publisher declines all responsibility.
The Subscriber assumes full responsibility for the use he or she makes of the information and content present on the site
Any use of the service by the Subscriber resulting, directly or indirectly, in damage must be compensated to the benefit of the site.
The site allows Subscribers to :

  • Organize Webinars on the ;
  • Get your own webinar channel;

The Subscriber agrees to use language that is respectful of others and the law, and accepts that such publications may be moderated or refused by the Publisher, without any obligation to justify.
The Publisher has the non-exclusive and free right to transmit, adapt, modify, broadcast and distribute the information.

ARTICLE 6 : Liability of the Publisher and cases of force majeure

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the server or network.
Similarly, the Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
The site undertakes to implement all necessary means to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data.
However, it does not provide a guarantee of total security.
The Publisher reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information published on the site is deemed reliable.

ARTICLE 7: Intellectual Property

The contents of the site (trademarks, logos, texts, videos, graphic elements, signs, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code, and more particularly by copyright.
The User must obtain permission from the Site Publisher before reproducing, copying or publishing these different contents.
The User undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private context.

The Subscriber is required to provide personal information in order to register on the site.
The Subscriber's electronic address (e-mail) may be used by the site for the communication of various information and account
management. guarantees the Subscriber's privacy, in accordance with law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

In accordance with articles 39 and 40 of the law dated 6 January 1978, the Subscriber has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his or her personal data.

ARTICLE 9: Hypertext links

The domains to which the hypertext links on the site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Publisher, who has no control over these links.
The User therefore refrains from holding the Publisher liable for the content and resources relating to these outgoing hypertext links.
It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the site without the Publisher's express authorisation. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse this link if it is contrary to good morals or public order.

ARTICLE 10: Evolution of the contract

The site reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general conditions of use at any time and without justification.

ARTICLE 11: Duration of the contract

The duration of this contract is indefinite.
The contract shall take effect with respect to the parties from the start of use of the service.

ARTICLE 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract is governed by French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the User and the Publisher, the Court of Appeal of Lyon is competent to settle the dispute.
