Social and solidarity enterprises are increasingly questioning the barriers to the commitment of their employees and volunteers. As a real lever for this commitment, meaning at work plays a key role. This implies that work must be continually aligned with the company's Raison d'Etre and that leaders embody this Raison d'Etre on a daily basis.
If a manager creates and applies rules and procedures, a leader makes sense. By committing themselves, by "giving" themselves, these leaders make others want to get involved and can then create a real dynamic from which the company will benefit, under certain conditions.
We will see that this dynamic is at work at Alenvi, a company with a mission that succeeds in reinventing the support of the elderly by reenchanting this activity.
This webinar will be hosted by :
M.DESNOES Guillaume, Co-founder of Alenvi "A company with a mission that reinvents the support of the elderly".
M.DUPUIS Jean-Claude, Professor at the Institute of Social Management, author of "Le management du travail dans le secteur social et médico-social. Reconciling performance, health and quality of life at work".
